Malone Law is a father and son civil trial practice devoted to the vigorous and ethical pursuit of justice for those who have been killed or catastrophically injured by the carelessness or wrongdoing of corporations and individuals.

Over the last 40 years, Thomas "Tommy" Malone has earned a reputation for excellence by skillfully handling complex matters involving catastrophic personal injuries that result from medical malpractice, trucking wrecks, airline and private plane crashes, as well as products liability. Tommy Malone also has particular expertise and passion for helping victims of traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

Adam Malone has continued the "Tradition of Excellence" set by his father, and the two together continue to obtain unprecedented results for those they are privileged to serve. The Malones have earned a reputation for excellence among their colleagues, opponents and courts throughout the Southeast, as well as the nation.
